Kim Kardashian has accused Taylor Swift of lying about not approving lyrics about her in Kanye West's new track Well-known. The reality star's rapper husband debuted the song, in which he jokes about sleeping with Taylor, during an album launch and trend demonstrate occasion in New York earlier this year (16), prompting Swift's representative to blast his decision of lyrics.

Kanye shot back and revealed Taylor was conscious of the song and had given him the Okay to reference her, but the pop star's reps insisted that was not the case.

Now, in a new GQ interview, Kanye's wife has defended the rapper, revealing Swift "completely knew" about the song, and could not have been caught out by the lyrics as has been suggested. "She desired to all of a sudden act like she didn't (know about the song). " Kim tells the publication. "I swear, my husband gets so significantly s**t for factors (when) he truly was carrying out correct protocol and even referred to as to get it authorized. "What rapper would call a woman that he was rapping a line about to get approval. (Producer) Rick Rubin was there.

So a lot of respected men and women in the music business heard that (conversation) and knew.

I imply, he is (Kanye) called me a b**ch in songs. Which is just, like, what they say.

I never ever after consider, 'What a derogatory word! How dare he?' Not in a million many years. "I don't know why she (Swift) just, you know, flipped all of a sudden." And Kim has also taken aim at Taylor for her thinly-veiled assault on Kanye at the Grammy Awards - after the singer was presented with the Album of the Yr trophy, she told the crowd, "As the initial girl to win Album of the 12 months at the Grammys twice, I wanna say to all the young girls out there that there are going to be men and women along the way who attempt to undercut your good results or get credit score for your accomplishments or your fame. "If you just focus on the perform and you don't let people people side track you, someday when you get where you're going, you'll seem close to and you will know that it was you and the men and women who love you who put you there. And that will be the greatest feeling in the globe." "It was humorous simply because (on the call with Kanye, Taylor) mentioned, 'When I get on the Grammy red carpet, all the media is going to believe that I'm so towards this, and I'll just laugh and say, 'The joke's on you, guys. I was in on it the complete time'," Kim recalls, "and I am like, 'Wait, but (in) your Grammy speech, you totally dissed my husband just to perform the victim once more." "Taylor does not hold anything at all against Kim Kardashian as she recognizes the pressure Kim should be underneath and that she is only repeating what she has been advised by Kanye West," the statement reads. "Even so, that does not alter the fact that considerably of what Kim is saying is incorrect.

Kanye West and Taylor only spoke as soon as on the cellphone whilst she was on trip with her family members in January of 2016 and they have by no means spoken since. "Taylor has by no means denied that conversation took area. It was on that mobile phone call that Kanye West also asked her to release the song on her Twitter account, which she declined to do. Kanye West in no way advised Taylor he was going to use the term 'that b**ch' in referencing her. A song are not able to be approved if it was by no means heard. "Kanye West never ever played the song for Taylor Swift. Taylor heard it for the very first time when everybody else did and was humiliated. Taylor are not able to comprehend why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone."
